Tips 3 : Eat more fibers 

Hanya utk bulan ni, try to remember that fiber keeps your stomach full for longer periods of time. Foods that have lots of fibre in them are fruits and vegetables, whole wheat and bran breads, oats,grains etc.

dan saya pon sekarang ni sahur makan je coco crunch ngan susu. it contains lot of fibres. coco crunch pon a type of oats jgk kan...grains.
